Supervision of the following activities of Office Establishment-II Section: (a0 matters relating to the personal related matters of Caretaker Establishment including appointment, entitlements, increments, leave, GPF, pension and other retiral benefits etc. (b) Procurement / supply / maintenance of contingent items, furniture, office equipments including electronic ones, office stationary and various miscellaneous materials for use in General Administration Department , vehicles, telephones, stock and store, payment of telephone bills, electricity bills, water supply bills etc. relating to General Administration Department. |
