The Cell shall take the following initiatives in respect of placement assistance to its in house trainees as well as other candidates.   Interacting with leading IT/ ITES companies to conduct placement drives at OCAC campus. Work out appropriate tie up with leading placement consultants for intermittent third party evaluation of skills. Conduct simulated tests, personal interviews and counseling for trainees / job seekers in the IT/ITES sector against payment of nominal charges. Administer "Skill Assessment Tests" developed and perfected by reputed training and placement agencies, which would help, identify the training needs in specific job segments in the ITES sector.
