           The 7^th  Session of the 13th Orissa Legislative Assembly was summoned for 32 days commencing from 3-2-2006 to 5-4-2006. The Governor of Orissa had summoned the session on recommendation of the Chief Minister in anticipation of approval of the Cabinet.  The Council of Ministers accorded ex-post facto approval for the same.
