Cabinet/Council of Ministers Decision 11. Report of enquiry into the tragic death of two students and injury to three other students of Saraswati High School, Deypur in Kendrapara District on 19th July, 2003. The report of the Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Central Dvision, Cuttack into tragic death of two students and injury to three other students of Deypur Saraswati High School of Ostapur G.P. of Kendrapara District on 19.07.2003 was placed before the Cabinet for approval. The Cabinet approved the recommendations of the R.D.C. (C.D.), Cuttack with the observation that the Collector, Kendrapara will enquire into the source of funds for construction of the school building, the executing agency and fix responsibility for poor quality of construction.
