Cabinet/Council of Ministers Decision 12. Report of inquiry into the Police Firing that had occurred at Kilabira in the district of Jharsuguda on 07.12.2003. Approved. The report of the Revenue Divisional Commissioner Northern Division, Sambalpur, into the police firing in self defense that had occurred near Kilabira, in the district of Jharsuguda on 7.12.03 was placed. The Cabinet approved the recommendations.
