Cabinet/Council of Ministers Decision 3. Revision of price of Excise Adhesive Labels. Approved. In the Excise Policy for the year, 2004-05 issued on 13.02.04 it has been decided that the EAL fee for each bottle of IMFL, Beer and Country Spirit pouch/bottle should be enhanced from Re.0.20 paise to Re.0.25 paise from the date of Notification. This nominal enhancement is due to the increased overhead cost on account of procurement, storage etc. The Cabinet considered the same and approved the proposal to enhance the cost of EAL fee to be affixed on each bottle of IMFL Beer and Country Spirit pouch/bottle from Re. 0.20 paise to Re.0.25 paise per label. |
