Cabinet/Council of Ministers Decision 5. Allotment of land measuring Ac.3.500 in Mouza, Samantapuri in favour of Dr. P.C. Rath. Approved. On the request of Dr. P.C. Rath for allotment of land for establishment of Super Specialty Hospital at Bhubaneswar, the land has been allotted at concessional premium. The Cabinet approved the proposal subject to the following conditions : (a) The land will be allotted at 80% concession on premium value of the land. (b) The Institute would provide free treatment to 10% poor and non-paying patients out of the total number of patients. (c) The construction should start within one year failing which the land would be resumed. |
