Cabinet/Council of Ministers Decision 7. Allotment of land in favour of Pt. Hari Prasad Chourasia for establishment of Gurukula at Bhubaneswar at concessional rate. Padma Vibhusan Pandit Hari Prasad Chourasia requested for allotment of Ac.2.000 of land in Bhubaneswar for establishment of Gurukula in order to impart training to his students of Orissa and Eastern India. The Cabinet approved that the land will be allotted at 80% concession on premium value of the land.
